Reed City Schools continues to conduct a scheduled safety drill. If this had been a true emergency, you would be receiving updates as they are available to communicate.

Reed City Schools is currently undergoing a scheduled safety drill. As part of the practice, we will communicate updates. These safety practice drills are done to help maintain our schools as a safe place to work and learn.
Route 11 (Jade’s route) is cancelled for the afternoon Tuesday, 03/07/2023. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to rain showers in the forecast for Monday, March 6, 2023, we will be rescheduling the Caberfae trip for Friday, March 10, 2023
Reed City Schools are closing on 2/28. Road conditions are not favorable for stopping and starting on 2/28/23.

Our Varsity Girls District Game v. Cadillac for tonight 2/27, has been postponed. We will post more details shortly!

We are working hard to try keep our Girls District game scheduled for today! We will be making a decision by 3pm! Stay tuned for an update this afternoon!
There will be no school for Reed City Area Public Schools today, Monday, February 27, 2023.
Coyotes: I have been closely monitoring the road conditions and weather forecasts. Due to increasingly limited visibility and uncertain road conditions, I have made the difficult decision to dismiss early. Dismissal of the middle school and high school will begin at 1:30, and the elementary school dismissal will begin at 1:45. I have also made the decision to close school for tomorrow, Thursday, February 23, due to the anticipated weather conditions.
All after-school events for today will be canceled. Stay tuned for updates on any activities scheduled for tomorrow.

Our Middle School Wrestling event for tonight has been canceled and rescheduled for Tuesday, February 21st Start time will be 5 PM.
Also, all middle school practices are CANCELED for this evening.
